Community Integrated Management Service (CIMS), LLC is an Independent Practice Association owned by 14 South Carolina Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) that share the same vision for achieving exceptional clinical outcomes for the patients served, while improving the financial position of each Partner FQHC. Also known as Community Health Centers, the network of CIMS FQHCs embraces a value-based incentive model while providing high-quality care to underserved populations in 34 counties across the state. We’re committed to improving the health and lives of our communities by offering comprehensive services and compassionate care to everyone who comes through the doors of a CIMS center.

Organized and operated as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), CIMS is a private, for-profit partnership established January 23, 2008 with each FQHC owning an equal share of the IPA and having one seat on the Board of Directors.
