Ross-Richter.com, LLC was founded in 1995 and, at that time specialized in the placement of Orthopedic Surgeons and PM&R Doctors. Due to our client needs we later expanded to include the placement of Orthopedic PA/NP's. Working closely with Orthopedic Surgeons, we are very effective in assisting the Surgeons to realize the value of hiring a PA/NP.
In 2005, we expanded our PA/NP Division to include Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in other related specialties. We offer employment opportunities with private groups, Multi-specialty practices, and National Healthcare Systems.
Our recruitment process starts with a proven series of questions that consistently allows us to zero in on your search requirements. We then formulate a customized career search identifying opportunities that match your needs. We efficiently manage and arrange the scheduling of all phone and on-site interviews.
