Urology - Associate Program Director and Teaching Faculty Needed in Northern California
Only 50 Minutes to Sacramento, 80 Minutes To San Fran, 90 Minutes to Napa
  • Do you have a strong passion for teaching? My client is looking for an Associate Program Director and Faculty to help develop their new Urology residency program in northern California.

About the Opportunity
  • The inaugural class of Urology residents started in July 2022
  • Program will have 2 residents per year
  • Xi DaVinci Robot
  • Shared 1:6 Call
  • State of the art training facility
  • Two SIM labs and building a third
  • New program joined 8 existing residency programs
  • Own patient panel, Precept + Protected Time
  • 355 bed Acute Care Hospital
  • Core faculty positions and academic appointments available
  • Clinics close at 3:00P on Fridays

Compensation:
  • $500-$550k Salary Guarantee
  • Paid Hospital Call
