About the Opportunity
- The inaugural class of Urology residents started in July 2022
- Program will have 2 residents per year
- Xi DaVinci Robot
- Shared 1:6 Call
- State of the art training facility
- Two SIM labs and building a third
- New program joined 8 existing residency programs
- Own patient panel, Precept + Protected Time
- 355 bed Acute Care Hospital
- Core faculty positions and academic appointments available
- Clinics close at 3:00P on Fridays
Compensation:
- $500-$550k Salary Guarantee
- Paid Hospital Call
- WRVU and ERVU Bonus Incentives
