Urgent Care Medical Director Opening – West Georgia

  • Hospital employed, Urgent Care Physician with Medical Director responsibilities.
  • Extremely competitive hourly rate with productivity incentives plus many more!
  • Western Georgia health system is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to also serve as the Medical Director for their three Urgent Care practices.
  • Role is designed to work in clinic as a provider with additional administrative duties.
  • Schedule: 2 (12 hours/day) in clinic; 16 hours administrative hours/week.
  • Medical Director functions are to provide administrative oversight to 3 locations: all within 25 minutes of each other

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in urgent care or family medicine
  • Occupational medicine knowledge and experience required.
  • DOT Certification preferred
  • Georgia Medical licensure or eligibility
