- Hospital Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible Psychiatrist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility!
- Come join a growing team of 2 fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW’s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Details:
- Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 12-16 patients per day
- 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
- Team shared phone call for established patients only
- Fulltime, permanent
- EPIC EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+)
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
- Commencement bonus of $30,000
