Idaho – Pediatrics

  • Call = Currently 5:1 (phone, rounding at hospital, and attending at risk deliveries on occasion); they anticipate that one of the physicians will be retiring this year.
  • Currently there are 5 other pediatricians
  • My client is recruiting for a dynamic Pediatrician to help drive change and provide a culture of service, clinical excellence, and work to build the business line.
  • They will service a large geographic area. Their pediatrician's provide patient centered and high service standards. There is also potential opportunity for future partnership/buy-in in the Company.
