Phoenix, Arizona Pediatric Opening

  • Client is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join their academic pediatric primary care team caring for patients at their Community Health Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • This clinic is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) that serves all members of their community, including low income and uninsured patients.
  • The patient population is diverse and includes a substantial pediatric refugee population.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, culturally competent, comprehensive, pediatric primary care in a teaching environment that includes residents from Phoenix Children’s Hospital and medical students from Creighton Medical School, Phoenix.
  • All Community Health Centers have a system wide score of 21 and qualify for multiple loan repayment programs including National Health Service Corp (NHSC), AZ State Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, and an outstanding work ethic. Previous clinical experience and bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but 2024 Pediatric residents considered. Experience in global health is a strength.


Compensation/Benefits:

  • The position offers employment through a multi-specialty group with 450+ providers exclusively contracted to provide patient care and teaching. They are Phoenix area’s only public teaching health system.
