- Join two other providers in a busy ENT/allergy practice with 2 full-time allergy nurses and room for significant allergy growth. Enjoy professional autonomy practicing bread and butter ENT in an office
- with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology. In-office procedures available if desired.

- Dedicated weekly OR time
- State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
- State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years
- Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available
- Allergy experience desired
- Work schedule: 4-day work week
- Fulltime, permanent

Compensation and Benefits:
- Very competitive salary
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $110,000
- Signing bonus of $20,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
