  • Join two other providers in a busy ENT/allergy practice with 2 full-time allergy nurses and room for significant allergy growth. Enjoy professional autonomy practicing bread and butter ENT in an office
  • with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology. In-office procedures available if desired.

  • Dedicated weekly OR time
  • State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
  • State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years
  • Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available
  • Allergy experience desired
  • Work schedule: 4-day work week
  • Fulltime, permanent
  • Epic EMR

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Very competitive salary
  • RVU bonus based on annual threshold
  • Quality incentives up to $110,000
  • Signing bonus of $20,000
  • $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
