South Carolina - Orthopedic Surgery - Total Joints
- Outpatient and inpatient role
- Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm)
- Protected administrative time (4 hours per week)
- Call Schedule: Shared call with other orthopedic surgeons, approximately 1:8 to 1:9 rotation for ED call- Clinic Call is 1:6
- Support Staff: Dedicated orthopedic nurse, PAs, and experienced surgical teams
- Cerner EMR
PATIENT VOLUME & CENSUS:
- Average Patient Volume: 17-20 patients per day
- Demographics: Primarily adult patients with a range of orthopedic issues, focusing on those requiring joint replacement surgeries
VISIT TYPES AND PROCEDURES:
- Visit types: Initial consultations, pre-operative planning, post-operative follow-ups, and management of chronic joint pain and arthritis
- Procedures: Total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder), revision surgeries, and minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures.
