Eastern Oregon Hospital Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible Orthopedic Surgeon who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 3 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals to serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in
beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Details:
  • Level IV Trauma Center (1:3 call)
  • Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
  • Currently building a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs
  • Four 10-hour days per week
  • Local University with Athletics Program
  • Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($810k+)
  • RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
