Providing high quality primary care in an office-based setting, and deliveries at hospital
Join team of 3 physicians, 2 PAs, and a nurse midwife
Participate in on-call coverage of 1:3 or 1:4
Work with medical students and internal medicine residents rotating through hospital
Minor teaching/academic interaction with residents who do rotations through the sites
Focus on care delivery and quality measures in compliance with PCMH and ACO standards
