• Hospital employed group.
• Guaranteed base salary of $344,850. $20,000 quality and efficiency bonus per year for hitting quality metrics and regular attendance of meetings.
• Average 12-13 shifts per month (twelve-hour shifts)
• Closed ICU setting. No procedures.
• EPIC EMR
• Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation bonus.
• Internal Medicine training is required. Must be BE/BC with ABIM.
• Hospital is considering practicing physicians or 2024 graduates.
