Single specialty Nephrology practice in Eastern Texas – 90 minutes to Dallas, TX

• Group has 14 physicians and 8 APPs. 2 physician openings (permanent).
• Partnership available after two years
• Competitive compensation plan with WRVU production once a partner. Group owns real estate and is opening their own ASC in July of 2025.
• Group is looking for general nephrologists. Open to a candidate with interventional nephrology training as well.
• Ideal candidate can start in 2025

• Group has very low turnover rate in their administration and medical staff
• Position is a mix of outpatient and inpatient work. Hospital rotation is 2 weeks inpatient, 2 weeks outpatient, 2 weeks inpatient and 6 weeks outpatient
• The doctors share call and only take call when covering their inpatient weeks
• Excellent procedural support with interventional radiology and vascular surgeon
