This Practice is a group of Board-Certified Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers providing care for the residents of several beautiful lakefront communities. Their network includes primary care doctors, surgeons, and specialists. The group doctors not only work closely together, but also with area hospitals, to ensure seamless health care for their patients.
• Their full-service nephrology group consists of (2) full-time physicians and (1) APP. Services offered include evaluation and treatment of Acute and Chronic kidney disease, Kidney transplant evaluation and treatment, Acute and Chronic dialysis evaluation and management. The ideal physician is board certified/board eligible.
