Join a ~20 year old private, physician owned, multispecialty group which combines Primary Care and Nephrology to give patients the best care with the focus on chronic kidney disease.

The group has ~70 Physicians consisting of Nephrology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Podiatry, Vascular Med and Urology on staff as well as 20 APP’s.

Lab and Imaging on site
Monday - Friday
Coverage: 1 weekend / month
Option for part time or full time
Partnership track
EMR: CureMD
