Medical Director opening in Northern California - Federally qualified health center

• Permanent position requiring relocation. Full-time position.
• Located in Northern California in a rural area. 3.5 hours from San Francisco and 2.5 hours to Santa Rosa.
• Base salary up to $300K (negotiable).
• 3-5 years of leadership experience ideally in outpatient rural health care setting. Background in Family medicine or Internal Medicine is ideal.
• Must be Board eligible/Certified. CA license is required.
• Can expect around a 50/50 split of clinical and administration duties. Providers see 12-16 patients per day on average.

• EMR – RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System)
• Hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm (12:00 pm – 1 pm lunch break). Group is open to discussing working four ten-hour days in the future once things are established.
• 100% outpatient setting. No after hours calls and no weekends.
• Group has a year-end Christmas bonus depending on the year-end balance each year.
• Must be interested in living and working in a rural area. Located near the Mendocino National Forest.
