Montana Hospitalist Medical Director
- For the Medical Director position, they are looking for an IM or FM trained, board certified with 2+ years hospitalist experience, preferably with prior leadership experience. They are open to newer leaders or those looking to take the next step in their career. This is a great opportunity managing a smaller group of clinicians.
- Compensation is in the mid-upper $300’s, includes administrative stipend and shift pay – primarily day shifts, time carved out for administrative work
- Join 6 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers, with the support of a clinical performance nurse.
- There is a dedicated team of intensivists managing the ICU.
- Diverse group of physicians from all over the US who call Montana their home and are an integral part of this lovely community.
- Their hospitalist team is the linchpin for the hospital and is involved in most of the hospital committees. They help with strategy and decision-making for their hospital partners.
- Living in Montana, one cannot help but appreciate all nature has to offer. Their provider group enjoys fishing, hiking, and skiing among many other outdoor summer and winter activities.
- They welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in a semi-open ICU with intensivist coverage during the day and tele-ICU coverage at night.
