Day Hospitalist & Nocturnist positions:

• 5-7 admits /day
• 4-6 admits /night
• 17-20 patient census
• 7 on – 7 o f f
• Procedures – not required, but if you are proficient, you can request privileges
• Radiology runs central lines
• Hospitalists run codes for the Hospital

Benefits:

• Base compensation - 300k Days / 330k Nocturnist
  • Additional shift compensation – shifts worked over the 14 monthly minimum
  • Incentives based on WRVU’s
  • Quality potential - 10 % of salary (based on quality metrics)
