- Wisconsin Health System is recruiting a palliative medicine physician to join their team of five dedicated nurse practitioners and one physician who provide both inpatient and outpatient palliative care to a diverse population of patients. The team provides assistance with symptom management, care planning, education, and establishing goals of care.
- The Palliative Medicine Department is part of the Oncology Service Line which has been accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) since 2016.
- This position is specific to providing services to their patients primarily in the outpatient setting of primary care and non-oncology specialties, as well as inpatient coverage at their Hospital. There would also be occasional back up coverage in outpatient oncology as well as outreach to several nearby clinics.
- Shift Hours: Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week), Days with weekend and call rotation

- Base compensation
