Hematology Oncology Opportunity in Northwestern Ohio

  • Patient volumes are expected to double to 300 patients per day
  • Streamline check-in and improve patient privacy
  • Develop additional infusion space, patient exam rooms, care team spaces
  • Expand pharmacy and laboratory spaces
  • Designate specified areas for medical and radiation oncology
  • Additional linear accelerator and radiation CT Simulator
  • Increased access to 3-D mammography
  • Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
  • Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote), 1:4 inpatient call
  • 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate
  • Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs
  • Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration

Compensation

  • Hospital employment, competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus after threshold achieved
  • Signing bonus, relocation, student loan reimbursement all negotiable
  • Dues, subscriptions, CME, Board Certification $5k/yr
  • 200 Hours of vacation/CME, plus 7 days paid holidays, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
