Hematology Oncology Opportunity in Northeastern OR

• Hospital looking for a BE/BC Hematology Oncology Physician to join them
• Independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system
• Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers
• 4 days a week, 8 hours a day at main Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm.
• 1 day a week, 8-hour day at other smaller Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week, and mileage is reimbursed).
• 0.8 FTE Nurse practitioner to support the provider
• Hem/Onc providers are within the clinic space to support Infusion staff as well. The Infusion Clinic supports approximately 475-525 infusions per month.
• Fulltime, permanent. Epic EMR
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (600k+).
• Quality incentives up to $50,000
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Commencement bonus: $40,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
