Hematologist/Oncologist to join a multi-specialty group of 350+ physicians and APP’s
Hem/Onc team is comprised 5 Hem/Onc physicians, 1 Rad/Onc, 1 Inpatient Palliative Care physician with 8 APP's and a well-tenured infusion RN.
- Level II Trauma Center
- Cancer Center hosts clinic and treatment areas
- In-house PET/CT
- Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy optional
- Rotating coverage and NPs take night coverage first
- Coverage 5 pm-8 am Monday - Thursday
- Average 12-14 patients / day
- Multidisciplinary cancer cases reviewed weekly
- Cancer research options with Government and Independent sponsors
- DAX voice dictation
- Research and teaching options
- EMR: EPIC
