Need is due to growth - busy practice.
General GI - no real need for sub-specialty, can do some ECRPs not a huge volume though
Outpatient with procedures done at nearby ASC
GI can buy into ownership of site -for extra income
M-F mostly but if someone wants to do 4-10s they can.
Call is 1:3 for outpatient with group and then 1:12 on the weekends with other local GIs
Need to cover local hosp. - call of 1:12 for inpatient consults
Great payor mix - mostly commercial or insured by university and local private schools
Value based medicine and there are potential quality bonuses
