Join a group of two physicians, and one NP (looking to add an additional APRN)
Largely clinical position with some blocked time for meetings and committee responsibilities
Monday-Friday schedule, 8-4:30 with a shared call schedule of 1:4 for hospital consults
Treat office-based gastroenterology patients and scheduled endoscopy days, expect 50/50 split
Hospital has internal medicine residents and medical students - didactic teaching and precepting part of the role
Create treatment plans, and involve patients and family members in those plans
Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff
