Exceptional Gastroenterology position available position available with large health system just a few miles north of downtown Boston, MA
• You would be working exclusively in a community setting at client’s high-quality community affiliate (CMS star 5, Leapfrog Safety Grade A).
• The hospital GI Division includes both employed and private physicians
• Providers would see a wide variety of GI and liver related problems including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, biliary tract disorders and diseases of the pancreas, colon cancer, and disorders of the esophagus.
• The Department offers a collegial and supportive environment in which providers feel their efforts are recognized and valued.
• There is a separate ASC and Endoscopy Suite.
• The successful candidate will be BC/BE in gastroenterology.
• They welcome experienced gastroenterologists and new grads to apply.
• The health system currently employs 35,000 individuals making it the second largest employer in the state of Massachusetts and consists of over 200 care locations including 13 hospitals with over 2400 beds and 5 ambulatory surgery centers.
• Approximately 4,300 physicians are associated with the health system including 840 primary care physicians managing 1.3 million patients.
• The area provides urban and suburban living with multiple housing options and excellent public and private schools.
• You are a short driving distance to the shores and mountains of New England and the nearby cultural amenities of a first-class city in Boston.
