Eastern Oregon Hospital Regional Medical Clinic is seeking a reliable, competent, and flexible Family Medicine physician who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 6 fulltime physicians and 4 fulltime nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 25,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Details:
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 14-16 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
• Rural Health Clinic
• Behavioral health and lab on site
• 30+ exam rooms
• 1:16 call; phone call only
• Fulltime, permanent
• Epic EMR Community
Compensation and Benefits:
• Very competitive salary
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $50,000
• Signing bonus of $40,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
• Student loan repayment
• Hospital employed
• Full benefits including a 401k match
