Join a 75 year old Community Hospital, which is physician governed, in an employed group. There are 7 Family Medicine providers (6 Physicians, 1 APP) in the Family Medicine Department.

Details:

  • Schedule - 36 patient contact hours with the fifth day inclusive of administrative functions.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.
  • Typical patient volume is 20 to 25 patients per day.
  • Phone call averages 5 days per month.
  • EPIC EMR
