Emergency Medicine Physician w/New Increased Comp – Washington state

  • Open to candidates who are willing to commute in from other areas for work - part time or full time
  • 1099 position: $275/hr days., $280/hr swings, $290/hr nights *Increased rates - Open to 2024 residents.

The Group:

  • Tight group of seven EM residency-trained, board-certified physicians who are thrilled to welcome new colleagues to their team.
  • The practice is comprised of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who are supportive and collaborative with other staff and departments.
  • They have numerous committee opportunities for you to get involved in.

The Practice

  • They proudly serve in a level III trauma center with support from general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele neurology. Real-time reads, CT/ultrasound, and respiratory techs are available 24/7.
  • The annual ED volume is 25,000, and they maintain a great relationship with the hospitalist service.
  • Collaboration is key. The team holds monthly team meetings with their providers and quarterly with hospital administration, where members of the quality improvement team attend.
  • They understand the importance of work-life balance. Their flexible scheduling allows you to spend quality time with your loved ones or enjoy the outdoors. They cover for each other when needed and strive to accommodate requested days off. Holidays are scheduled equitably.
  • They work on a 1099 status. Base yearly compensation is a minimum of $396k per year and a $50k commencement bonus for a full-time commitment of 120 hours or more.
