Intensivist Nocturnist– Northwestern Pennsylvania

• Northwestern Pennsylvania hospital is seeking a BC/BE Intensivist for hospital-based adult critical care practice
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience/training plus productivity and quality incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Schedule:
  • Dedicated Nocturnist position – 6 on/8 off
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Twelve 14-hour night shifts monthly (2,016 hours annually)
• Coverage to include Trauma, Surgical, Kidney Transplant, Medical, Neuro and Cardiovascular ICU beds
• 64-bed ICU (2 intensive care units) – expanded Radiology department includes a 3T MRI
• Intensivists are expected to coordinate care with sub-specialists and provide supervision for a full staff of highly trained critical care Physician Assistants
• Candidates wanting to teach medical students, residents, and staff desired
