Excellent employment opportunity for a General Cardiologist to join a well-established practice in coastal South Carolina.

Qualified Candidates/Details:

  • Must be board eligible/board certified in General Cardiology
  • Must have an active South Carolina medical license or be able to obtain an active South Carolina medical license prior to starting
  • Practice consists of 7 Interventional cardiologists and 2 General Cardiologist offering a full spectrum of cardiology services with Stress Tests, Echo, EKG, TEE, Nuclear, Cath Lab, PCI, Angioplasty, Stints, ICDs, Pacemakers, & ablations.
  • Group is supported by 3 employed Cardiothoracic surgeons and 2 EP cardiologists
  • No Call Requirements

About the Health Center:

  • They are a multi–facility health system located on the coast and have facilities throughout the area to provide quality, convenient healthcare.
  • They are a 403-bed acute care hospital. Their hospital offers the only cardiac surgery program, neurosurgery program and pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) in the area and is a designated Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center by South Carolina DHEC. The hospital is also the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in the service area, certified by DNV-GL
  • They are recognized by the Joint Commission, a leading accreditor of healthcare organizations in the United States, for the following programs: chest pain, knee and hip replacement, sepsis and stroke rehabilitation.
