- Reasonable caseload of patients / day
- High referral volume from 12+ family medicine practices throughout 3 counties.
- Access to Cath-lab and STEMI program starting in 2025
- Approved plans for expanding the Cath-lab location
- Clinic located on the same site as main hospital and Cath-Lab
