Welcome to Community Health of Central WA, where we all work together to provide the people in our region access to affordable and appropriate healthcare through our services and education. Founded by our Family Medicine Residency program (CWFM) in 1993, CHCW has grown into an integrated health care CHC to include full spectrum primary care, pediatric, senior residential care, behavioral and addiction care, and dental serving the Yakima and Kittitas Counties at multiple sites.

Practice Highlights
- MD/DO needed for the leadership/supervising/development of the Site/Service Directors and oversight of provider quality, credentialing, and compensation.
- Participates in the recruitment, evals, and other hiring phases of clinicians at all sites.
- Collaborates with COO and CQO with clinical requirements system wide.
- Plans and chairs all Provider, and Site Medical Director meetings.
- Teaches and mentors Residents and Med Students as assigned.
- Represents CHCW in community organizations and hospital duties and actively participates in CHCW Leadership Group, and Community/Finance committee of the Board.
- May provide primary care services and participate in call and coverage schedules as needed.

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited US Residency.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- BE/BC required.
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience.
- MBA preferred, or minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

- Area known for its wineries/vineyards, microbreweries, picturesque scenery with panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier, fishing, camping, skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, water sports, boating, outdoor concerts, parks-including doggie parks, golfing, drive up espresso stands, and one of the top agricultural hubs in the nation.
- 2-3 hour drive to Seattle, Spokane, or Portland.
- Airports at Yakima and Pasco (Tri Cities).
