Health Care System seeks to add another full-time experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant.

  • This position will include both the OR and the clinic.
  • The newly hired Physician Assistant will work directly with a Fellowship trained orthopedic Surgeon both in the OR and the clinic.
  • The position will have a focus on Total Joints.
  • This PA will run their own orthopedic clinic (new and follow-up patients) and will refer to surgeons for consults.
  • Responsibilities include: first assisting, evaluating and treating orthopedic injuries, fracture care (casting, splinting, joint aspirations and injections), post and pre-operative care, hospital rounds, writing prescriptions and managing records. There is no ER call.
  • Successful candidate should be NCCPA-Certified, highly motivated and have a positive personality.
  • The group desires an experienced Orthopedic PA only.
  • The Wyoming town (one hour to Cheyenne) conveniently near great mountains, great skiing and fishing.
  • This area offers affordable living, good schools and lots of great outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking and fishing.
  • There is no state income tax.
  • Base salary is excellent plus 25k sign on bonus.
