Physician Assistant - Orthopedics - CLINIC AND OR – Call pay, bonus potential and benefits– Chicago, Illinois

Health Care System seeks an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to work directly with an Upper Extremity Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon. This doctor has a well-established orthopedic practice with a focus on upper extremity general cases! This position includes both the clinic and the OR.

Responsibilities include: running an orthopedic clinic, first assist, treating fractures, removing casts and pins, consultation, patient evaluation and education, rounds, reviewing lab results, H&P’s, writing scripts and pre- and post-op follow up.

Successful Physician Assistant should have completed an orthopedic rotation and have a passion for the specialty. This great suburban Chicago location provides all the amenities of Chicago.

Compensation: Base salary range: Open, plus call pay and bonus potential. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided.
