Health Care System seeks a full-time Physician Assistant. The new Physician Assistant will work with a Trauma Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon. This practice includes level two trauma as well as some general cases. Responsibilities include first assisting, casting, consulting, rounding, patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results, H&P, and pre- and post-op follow up. There is no trauma call off shift.

Successful Physician Assistants should be NCCPA-Certified/Eligible. The location is within 10 minutes of the Fort Wayne area! The area provides a great quality of life, very low cost of living, outdoor recreational activities and all the amenities of a major metro area. Recent graduated Physician Assistants should have an orthopedic rotation and some ties to the region.

Compensation: Base salary range: Depends on experience, plus a bonus. Additionally, there is an excellent full benefits package provided which includes 401k and profit-sharing plan with matching, full medical, 25 days’ vacation and one-week CME, insurance and profit sharing.
