Multi-Specialty Group seeks to add a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant. The position will include both the OR and the clinic. The Physician Assistant will support a Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon. In the OR the focus will be first assisting on total joints (hips and knees) and sports cases (arthroscopy). In the clinic the focus will be total joint cases and sports cases. Responsibilities include providing first assist, running a clinic, reductions, patient evaluation and education, pre- and post-H&P’s, injections (small joints and bursa), consultation, and reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. Successful Physician Assistants must be NCCPA-Certified/Eligible. The doctor will train a recent graduate.

The location is in the Richland, Washington area. There is great all year-round outdoor living along with lower cost of living, strong schools, and arts and culture. There is a competitive compensation package including an RVU based bonus program. Call is paid at double the base hourly rate. Additionally, there is an excellent benefits package and up to $10k sign on bonus.
