Well-established and respected Spine Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon seeks to add a full-time Physician Assistant to the team. The new Physician Assistant will directly support this surgeon in the OR and the clinic. This doctor treats patients (pediatrics to geriatrics) with specialty of lumbar disc surgery, cervical disc surgery, spinal fusion, minimal invasive surgery and kyphoplasty.

This position consists of a four-and-a-half-day work week with no ER call. Responsibilities include: pre- and post-operative H&P’s, writing scripts, removing casts and pins, consultation and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. Call will be minimal if any! Successful Physician Assistant should be NCCPA-Certified, and the doctor will train the right Physician Assistant. This position is located 20+ minutes to Hoboken.

Base salary: Very competitive, plus incentive bonus. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided.
