Summary:

Skagit Regional Health has multiple openings for additional Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our clinic locations in the Mount Vernon, Granite Falls, or Smokey Point communities. Highlights:

  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment with providers, MAs, nurses, and other clinic staff.
  • Provide care to patients of all ages and offer a variety of in office procedures, dependent on your comfort level.
  • Schedule will be Monday-Friday, outpatient only with no call or weekends.
  • This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
  • 2-3 years of APP experience in primary care is highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $130,037 - $150,778 DOE
  • Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance.

  • Skagit Regional Health is an integrated health system with a growing staff of nearly 3,000, including a medical staff of over 600, and is comprised of 2 acute care hospitals and 30 outpatient clinics in over 25 medical specialties.   • Skagit Valley Hospital is a licensed 137-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center. The hospital features a full range of services including the latest surgery techniques, including multiple surgical robots; renal dialysis; a well-appointed Family Birth Center; compressive diagnostic imaging and an advanced heart and vascular institute with the only cardiac catheterization labs in the area. Our new, state of the art surgery center opened in December 2023, which has offered additional clinic space, outpatient ORs and additional endoscopy suites.
  • Cascade Valley Hospital is licensed for 48 beds with a Level IV Trauma Center and a Level II Nursery. The hospital features a full range of services including acute care, critical care, and general surgery. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation program, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging.
