- Skagit Regional Health is an integrated health system with a growing staff of nearly 3,000, including a medical staff of over 570, and is comprised of two acute care hospitals and almost 30 outpatient clinics in over 25 medical specialties. We are provide advanced, quality and comprehensive services to the residents of the nine communities we serve in Skagit, Island and North Snohomish counties. Company History
Skagit Valley Hopsital opened in 1958 as a 100-bed hospital. In 2007, a 220,000 square foot hospital expansion opened featuring all private patients rooms, a new Emergency/Trauma unit, a new Family Birth Center and expanded space for surgical and critical care services. In 2016, Skagit Regional Health added Cascade Valley Hospital to the system, featuring a 48-bed acute care facility in Arlington, five additional clinics and a free-standing surgery center.
