Arc Health is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide essential outpatient primary care services at our tribal partner outpatient facility.   • 4 10-hour shift schedule with one consistent day off per week; Monday - Friday

Location & Population:

The health center is located within the Grand Ronde Community, a 16-square-mile area owned by the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. Situated approximately 30 miles west of Salem, Oregon, the facility primarily serves local Tribal members. The center is strategically positioned near several referral hospitals, including Willamette Valley Hospital, just 25 miles away with 60 beds, and Salem Health, 35 miles away with 494 beds. For specialized care, patients are referred to hospitals in Portland, Oregon, approximately 75 miles away.


Qualifications

  • Must be a certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Must be PALS and ACLS certified.
  • Oregon state license preferred; however, candidates with other state licenses will also be considered. A plus, if RN compact license is active.
  • Requires a minimum 2 years of experience
  • Comfortable seeing all ages
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to Native American culture is required.

Working Hours

*4 -10 hour shift schedule with one consistent day off per week; Monday - Friday
*20 and 40 minute appointments with an average of 13 or 14 patients per day.
