Premium Health is a leading health system made up of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), predominantly based in the New York City area. With four existing sites and another four under construction, we are a growing multi-specialty health system projected to double in size. Our commitment is to provide comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to diverse communities across the region.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, culturally competent, comprehensive healthcare and behavioral health services to everyone in the community in need, regardless of their ability to pay. We specialize in delivering culturally competent services to the surrounding communities. Through our services, we aim to achieve community wellness by offering comprehensive medical care for the individuals and families we serve.
At Premium Health, we are unique in our approach to integrated care, offering behavioral health services across multiple specialties, including Adult Behavioral Health, Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, and Women's Behavioral Health. This integrated model ensures that our patients receive holistic care tailored to their individual needs, addressing both physical and mental health in a coordinated manner.

Company History
Premium Health's journey began in 2013, ignited by a community-driven mission to provide affordable, sustainable, and high-quality health and social care that meets the diverse needs of our communities with dignity and respect, particularly focusing on hard-to-access services. Our doors first opened with an internal medicine department and an adult behavioral health department, strategically housed in one building to protect the dignity and privacy of those seeking mental health services in a stigmatized environment. This thoughtful integration set the stage for our commitment to culturally sensitive care, ensuring every patient felt seen and respected.
Fueled by a deep passion for making a difference, we expanded in 2016 with a pediatric primary care site, recognizing the vital need to support our youngest community members. Our growth continued in 2019 with the launch of a women’s health site, offering specialized services in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) and obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN). Today, our comprehensive health system includes podiatry, dermatology, and three branches of behavioral health, including women’s and pediatric behavioral health, with new sites constantly under construction.
