**Wound Care Hyperbaric Medicine opening in Grand Rapids, MI**
Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, MI
**Position Details**
- Specialty: Hyperbaric Medicine Physician
- Practice Type: Full-time, employed position with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Clinic Setting: Outpatient Wound, Hyperbaric, and Limb Preservation clinic with 11 rooms adjoined to a Level 1 hospital, as well as an outreach clinic at a regional hospital
- Case Load: Approximately 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient, with around 20 patients per day in clinic
- Call Schedule: Weeknight call - 1 night per week; Weekend call - 1:5 weekends
- Telemedicine: Consults for regional hospitals, nursing homes, and in-home virtual visits
- Additional Opportunities: Resident and medical student teaching, multidisciplinary Limb Preservation Board, and exciting research opportunities in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine
- Flexible Options: Consideration of split position between Wound/HBO and Emergency Medicine

**Qualifications**
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hyperbaric Medicine
- Primary specialties include Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a surgical specialty
- Fellowship-trained preferred, but not mandatory
- Wound Certification required (can be completed after hire)
