• Robotic Surgery: Access to DaVinci XI with dedicated block time.
• Call Schedule: Manageable 1:3 rotation, with APPs taking first call from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Clinic Location: Conveniently located on the hospital’s main campus.
• Patient Mix: 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient care.
