-Duration: July – Ongoing, possibility for extension or conversion to permanent

- Schedule: Clinic Monday – Friday, plus call and scheduled surgery

- Scope: Clinic, Call, OR

-Group: 2 other Urologists,

- Hospital: 186 acute care, not for profit, 7 OR’s

- Required: Board Certified, Active CA License & DEA, Active CA Fluoroscopy License
