- Join an established practice with a diverse case mix covering only one hospital location
- Block scheduling for surgical cases, flexible schedule options
- Urolift and Robotics training preferred - New da Vinci X1 Surgical System
- Skilled Advanced Practice Providers support practice
- Teaching opportunities in our residency programs affiliated with the Indiana School of Medicine
- Practice supported by a regional referral base of 240,000
- Epic EMR and UroNav
Compensation Information:
- Generous compensation, upper $500-600K base with RVU bonus structure, along with a comprehensive benefit program
- $150,000 sign on bonus plus early signing/stipend and loan repayment options
- Paid relocation up to $10,000
- PTO 31 days and 5 days/$5000 for CME
- 401a and 403b retirement options and malpractice coverage with tail
- Engaged Physician Board that collaborates with Administration to promote collegiality
