- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average 20 patients per shift and 25 beds in the department. A facility is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join their team for long-term coverage. The schedule consists of Monday–Friday clinic and OR shifts, typically four clinic days and one OR day per week from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no call coverage required. Coverage will follow a two-week on, two-week off rotation. The facility has a ready clinic space and a Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite. Candidates must have an active Michigan medical license, Michigan CDS, Michigan DEA, and must have completed an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or equivalent foreign training in Urology. Physicians must also show experience with at least 50 urological procedures in the past 12 months or have completed training within the last 12 months.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform a full scope of urological procedures
- Work independently and collaborate with medical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in a two-week on, two-week off rotation
Qualifications
- Active Michigan medical license
- Active Michigan Controlled Substance License (CDS)
- Active Michigan DEA license
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or equivalent foreign training in Urology
- Documentation of at least 50 urological procedures in the past 12 months or recent residency/fellowship completion within the last 12 months
Working Hours
- Four clinic days and one OR day per week
- No call coverage required
- Two weeks on, two weeks off rotation

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
