What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in MI only
Coverage consists of Monday- Friday Clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule would consist of 4 clinic days
with 1 OR day each week. 8am - 5pm.
NO CALL COVERAGE!
Scheduling consists of 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation to best serve our community.
We have a clinic space ready for the Urologist, and a Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite.
MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA required; Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited
residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology; Current certification or board eligible (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery)
Required previous experience:
At least 50 urological procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months,
or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within past 12
months.
Start date TBD, based on completion of credentialing and Physician availability.
