• 5, Night (8 Hours) 19:00 - 7:00
• 24 Hour Call
• 3 days of clinic
• 1 day in OR
• 1 day of procedures in clinic
• Call ratio: Every Day

• Clinical Details

• Avg. Daily Census: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)

• Requirements

• Urology BC/BE
• Arizona Required, IMLC Accepted
• DEA
• Years of Experience Required: 1

• Support Staff

• 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned

• EMR
