Urology Coverage Needed in the MidWest

Located in a warm community in Nebraska, great for the outdoorsy type!

• Start date: June – looking for an initial commitment of 6 months
• Need coverage for 2 weeks per month, 3 weeks would be great
  
• Currently have one full time physician and one part time physician.
• Mix of outpatient clinic, OR, and hospital inpatient rounding
• Outpatient: Clinic is Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with time allowance of one – half day for administrative time/charting
  • Full clinic days can max around 20 pts/day depending on mix of new patients, follow ups, and clinic procedures. Expect a minimum of 12 per day.
• Outreach clinics – currently seeing patients monthly in two outreach locations with growth potential to add additional locations
• Staff available -- Full-time Office Manager, 2 clinic RN’s, 1 clinic LPN, full-time CNA, dedicated scheduler for outpatient referrals and scheduling
• Call Expectations – physicians take 10 days of call per month which includes covering one weekend per month
• Robotics is not required
• How long is the wait for an appointment – 2 weeks for new patient appointments in the outpatient clinic setting
• EMR – EPIC
