Schedule

• Minimum number of shifts preferred/month: 5-6 days of call plus clinic
• Clinic: 8am - 4pm
• Call: 24 hours (8am - 8am)
• Specific Dates (must be able to cover the entire week):
  • May 5-9
  • June 23-27
  • July 21-25, 28-Aug 1
  • August 4-8, 25-29
  • September 1-5, 22-26
  • October 6-10, 13-17, 20-25, 27-31
  • November 3-7, 17-21, 24-28

Clinical Details

• Should be interested in a wide variety of general cases, clinic, rounding, and OR
• Robot onsite at hospital for cases if needed
• Will be sole provider in a fast paced/busy dept
• Remote work will include in-basket coverage and triaging patients on schedule to determine urgency/need
• Patients per day/volume: 20-25 pts per day
• Number of surgeries: 20-30/month
• Admissions: Hospitalist team present
• Will be rounding

Requirements

• Board Certified - Highly Preferred
  • will accept Board Eligible within 5 years from residency
• Active WA License or IMLC - Highly Preferred
• Clean malpractice - Preferred
• BLS, DEA
• Minimum length of commitment required: 3 months
• Local candidates - Preferred
• Required Procedures: bread and butter urology

Call

• 1 in 6
• Offsite
• Call Volume: 20% consults, 80% callback
• Provider may take hospital call during clinic hours
